Kings Cross
Researching the Kings Cross development site and its immediate “fringe”, DPA identified existing and evolving creative business clusters, and set out the organisational structure and development direction for Create KX, a new partnership body championing the role of cultural institutions and creative businesses in and around the Kings Cross development.
DPA is working with Create KX on further stages of this research, to evaluate
the impact of the development, the opening of International Rail Station,
and the first round of commercial and cultural development on the locality.
