To support our clients, we provide research, technical support, and project development. We offer lateral thinking, passion and advocacy. We can help make sense of culture and creativity in political, community and economic agendas. Working closely with clients, together we can sort out how best to develop leadership and strategies, and to sustain the ecologies in which culture, creativity and communities best flourish.

Research is crucial to understanding the complexities if local and regional economies, the ways in which business clusters and sectors operate and the relationship between the cultural and creative economies and agendas. We get to the heart of complex issues and information in ways which help people and organisations understand better how to prioritise and implement plans, programmes and projects.

Project development and support keep our feet on the ground. We want things to work – work better where they need improvement, and work well if they are unproven and require testing and putting together.
David Powell with his associates seem to me to bring a rare mix of hard evidence, rigorous analysis and practical good sense to the creative and cultural sector. We are proud that David has recently become an Honorary Visiting Fellow with City University's Department of Cultural Policy and Management. We hope that our students will benefit from his extensive experience, particularly in the field of arts and social regeneration.
